As in a previous case, may I suggest the silent treatment? If he got banned, that might just piss him off more and make him even more abnoxious. Ignoring him, on the other hand, might just do the trick. He's just a misguided kid who thinks he's so cool and nerd-free, while failing to realize that he's just a spoiled brat and a pain in Esato's **beep**.

Jumping up and down on his fingers wouldn't help either.......... Broken bones heal! Why don't esato can mobile numbers? They send a pass code via sms when you sign up, then you can't use the same number again?
