Forget UMTS! 3 operates a UMTS network in Australia... The video quality is pathetic and there is no mobile Internet (WAP) service! If you ask me, UMTS technology has to improve a LOT before it's worth deploying...

There is a '3' advert here in the UK and you can see how poor the quality is! Pathetic!
If nobody wants it.. put it on eBay. |

Forget that XM radio too... The only advantage it seems to have is that it uses satellites and therefore has a good signal. Why pay for XM radio when you can get just as good a signal using FM radio for free?

yeah, i had XM radio for a while, it has alot of channels that let you listen to whats on TV and also has 10 channels specializing in each type of music, so its like having TV in your car, but without the freakin picture! not only do you have to subscribe to it, you also have to have an XM enabled radio, which costs about $150. i hated it and gave up on it rather quickly. |

we cant forget video recorder
touchscreen but with keypad
automatically fixes the time (using GPS)
stereo speakers
GPRS class 10 (I think that's the highest )
java J2SE (not that ME crap)
vb support (for me )
bread app
taser
flashlight
thermometer
ability to support 3G
I think that's all I'd add...
and really cool futuristic design

As I said in an earlier post, UMTS/3G is not worth having...
Take a look at 3's UMTS/3G service- the video quality is pathetic and there is no mobile Internet (WAP) service. The only thing that a 3 UMTS/3G phone can do that a Sony Ericsson P800 or a Nokia 3650 can't do is video calls! In fact, with the exception of video calls, a P800 or a 3650 can do 100 times more than any of 3's current UMTS/3G handsets!
I would release a GSM version of the phone, then make a new UMTS/3G model of the available when UMTS/3G technology is a little more advanced! |

Just a good phone like T68i with automatic switch between GSM 850/900/1800/1900, iDEN, CDMA, 3G [etc].
But -- surprise -- I would like this phone with usual grayscale display.
