Personall I am gonna get the z200. Yes, you heard me right. I need a 2nd phone with no camera so even how much I want a 600 I cant take it with me to work. My P800 has to stay in the car and that is only due to the camera. Wish SE would make top of the range phones witout the lense...

There are a few good clams coming out go the next few months - z600, motorola v525 & v600, samsung e700 etc. I was gonna get the z600 but now i'm gonna wait until i've seen all 4 in the flesh before i decide - i have the t610 already so z600 wouldn't be that much me a change, especily as it only boasts an upgraded screen. The ringtones will be alot louder tho, which was one of my main gripes with the t610.

have had T610 for a few months now,but yes I will get the Z600,the clamshell design really looks good, its more 'Japanese' in design, and plastics are not a bad thing.
Plastic has come a long way in the last few years,it is usually more durable, scratch resistant and attractive than most(read 'rare')metal parts used in mobile phones anyway...
'plastic crap' is not a very intelligent comment to make.
Both the Z600,and Z200 will be very popular phones, plastic or no plastic... |

cellphones are really plastic anyway, aren't they. i don't know what cellphones were made of, in the past. but these days we haven't seen any steel, metal or alloy or wood cellphones, don't we? |

This z600 is tempting me.. I guess It'd either be a z600 or a p900. But I don't really need 2 phones at once so that means I'll be ditching what I have for one of em Anyway i'm still loving my t610 |

hey... is there a difference between the both in terms of features ? Does Z600 offer anything better ? One that I know of is the display.. which is a TFT kind in Z600 making it readable in sunlight. Does anybody know anything else ? |

intelligent or not, its the truth.
why buy a shitphone with the same functions as 610??
the only difference is that the phone is uglyer and not as pure as the 610 |

..Because people have their own preferences
And the fact that the words used don't sound very intelligent makes a comment unintelligent

just a thought
i don't know much about z600 but if i'd change my t610 it'd be z1010 for a video-phone
think of its functions, all phones have been standing on its own merrit, w/ or w/o upgrades |

Even though the TFD screen is very tempting, I don't think I could ever bring myself to buy a clamshell phone.

I always preferred clamshell type phones for my own reasons ;
I hate keylock
Clamshels are much more convenient to use when you are on the move. You open the clamshell talk right on, you close the shell and put it on your pocket. No more action required.
You don't have to worry about the screen also, no scratches.
I think about buying a Z600. The price is a concern of course. If expensive I'll wait.
As far as I see latest phones are mostly plastic. The venerable T10 was also all plastic.
Different strokes for different folks they say. |
