You probably are using an old version of the bluetooth software for your bluetooth dongle. The first versions didn't support transfering stuff from the T68. Just upgrade the windows bluetooth software and it should work. The dongle manufacturer should have some updates on their website.

If i had to make a wager, it would be that your bluetooth software on your computer is rejecting the incoming transmission by default. In your "My Bluetooth Places", on your desktop compuer:

  • Right click on your phone. (if it is paired properly, it should appear in this folder)
  • Go to settings, or options or the similar
  • Here you should be able to select what services are allowed.
  • File transfers should all be enabled, and at this point it should become relatively obvious what to do next.

If this did not work for you, you may also be interested in browsing your t68's file system from your computer...
As above go to "My Bluetooth Places", on your desktop compuer and dbl click on your phone in this folder. This will either take you directly into the phone, or it will bring up a choice of services. If you see a choice of services, you will want to dbl click the one that is file transfer or something of the like.
good luck!
