I use com2 on Ma600 but i cannot get the software too communicate with the fone at all. I have a datacable for a 3310 plugged into com3 (the fone is not connected though) and when i select that just to make sure, it seems to do more than it does wit my ma600!!!
People who have got it to work do u use Infra-red bluetooth or what?
Thx. |

Any MA600/IR user please try out:
http://www.ircomm2k.de/
I haven't try it myself, one of my friend had it sucessfull.
I presume MA600 problem is, althought the unit is connected to COM1 for example, it is used by the driver. As my software does not directly support IRDA, it has to talk to the phone via Virtual Serial Port.
Correct me if i'm wrong.
Cheers,

maybe since I use T68i then mobileagent stop working after ATI on debug mode, and give result connection error, this may caused reply from phone difference than expected in program.
This because IrDA icon on syst tray giving activity when I push connect button.

The only way I could get my Satellite Pro to communicate with my phones via IrDA was to install the ircomm2k driver. It's not possible to change the IrDA speed in the Satellite BIOs so I couldn't transfer >1500byte elements to the phone. Had to use cable. But the ircomm2k solved my problem.
