well got my phone upgraded to R3C002 but had the same "pick-up" problems today as before
also, I get an increasing number of complaints that the other party cannot hear clearly when I talk, allthougjh I can hear them fine.
I'm thinking it wasn't a good idea to buy the HBH-60 after all. |

Got the same problem with the t610 an an Acer BT-HS1 bt-headset.
Seems as if the t610 was the problem.

I'm facing the same problem too. Took my HBH 60 to SE sevice center and they replace it with a brand new HBH 65. It doesn't solve the problem. I'm using the latest firmware R3C004 but the problem is still there.
Other problem I face :
i) sometimes the headset does not pick up a call even after manually pressing the "answering button" on the headset.
ii) Voicedial don't work for some of the contact assigned to them. When I do a certain voicedial which was assigned to a certain contact, the headset acknowledge the command but it will not dial. It work with some of the contact but not all.
Anybody have any solutions? Thanks. |

It seems from the amount of problems on this forum that SE make good phones but shit headsets. You hear much less complaints from people who use other brands like plantronics, jabra etc.I have a Jabra and its never missed a call. |

i've never had such problems......
the reason i believe is due to the need to better comprehend the phone and the headset.
the hbh60 when paired with the six ten will maintain an active bt connection until a certain time....after that, the active connection is terminated...this is done so intentionally to conserve battery on both the phone and the headset....when a call is received, the headset may take awhile to respond...this process can be quicken up by pressing the accept/reject button...the call will then be automatically transfered to the headset....
when a call is received on the phone, pressing the accept button on the phone automatically transfers the sound to the phone unless an active connection is still maintained b/w the headset and the phone.....fyi, i haf r3c firmware on my tee six ten.....
hope that clarifies it a bit....i tot it was a problem too initially coz i kept comparing it to when i had the headset paired to my t68i......u just need to get use to how it is with the six ten...cheers!!!
