Till now I've found 3 bugs on the T68i:

1. It freezes...

2. When composing a ringtone and activating the LED in different parts of the ringtone, it still flashes normally and naturally destroys the rythm one tries to make with the LED effect.

3. Occasionally when creating groups and adding members to this group the contacts that appear in this group are not the same as those you chose, in other words, wrong contacts appear in your groups.

Other people who've found bugs please post.

My T68i doesn't freeze and I have used it very much the latest week without restarting it. It just works perfect.

Try filling up the entire memory, then use it for a couple of days. Then you'll see it freeze at least a couple of times. I mean, even though I've filled up the memory it still shouldn't freeze, the memory is there to be used, right?

I havent encountered those problems.

It certaintly doesnt freeze. Not one time, did I have to remove battery/reset phone.

At the moment I have about 57 pictures in the phone. I'm surely gonna delete some of them,...I mean ; Who uses so many pictures ?
No one can use so many pictures at once.
Even with this many pictures its not slow in any way.

I guess you can always "push it to the limit" if you really like,..then it might get slow. Its the same with a computer

Personally I like to have some "free space" in the phone for different things,..e.g. pictures and so on.
So I dont "fill it all up".

The software is far better than T68m's. It seems to "suit" the phone much better.

The icons are clearer/brighter/sharper in contrast/color.

On the T68m I encountered the "missed call",..where I never heard the phone actually ringing. Just got the pop-up menu with missed call.
I havent encountered this on the i-model. Seems to work better here.

Email and wap are certaintly faster and more stabile,.no doubt about that.

Still havent found any bugs,..thats a relief

Have anyone tried T9 on T68i? Is it Faster? Or even Fast? And i dont care if its fast when you write the first sentence. Thats ok speed even on T68. But is it fast when you write a long mess. Like on sentence number 5, 6, 7 and so on. Or does it still get slower and slower the longer the message is?

Frankly I’m relieved to hear that the new T68i has no problems because I’ll buy one in few days, as soon as the shop has it for sale (they promised me for tomorrow)…

I had:
Nokia 5110
Nokia 8210
Nokia 8310 (for a week)
Nokia 6310 (for few weeks)

Now I’ll be SE customer, for the followings:
1st I think that Nokia is robbing us (the customers) by dividing advanced features into different models and not putting them in one phone, e.g. 8310, 6510, 6310 has about the same price of T68m and T68i but T68x has more features than the 3 models of Nokia that I’ve mentioned except for the FM radio (OK I will buy a separate radio )
2nd which is the most important issue, SE has world wide warranty service which is a very important thing + Nokia customer service in my country SUCSS BIG TIME, they don’t know the meaning of customer care.

I think that I’ll be SE customer for the time being and buy my self a T68i; I hope they continue the good work…

Have you seen this prototype with the 64 MB MEMORY CARD
But the sad thing is that I don't know when will it be for sale

OMEGA > As Jucame is also saying, please use the "search" function,.. this prototype has been shown several times in here, and its ONLY a prototype (was on Comdex fall in Las Vegas last year). Yes its beautiful, but we wont see it as a production-model. The production-model of this would most likely be the P-800,..at least thats the closest thing to it

Nyback > Well I have the T68i. I dont think its particularly slow in sms-writing. Then again, I might not be the right person to talk about sms, because I hardly write any. So for me, I couldnt be bothered, if its slow or fast
It is faster than my T68m with newest sw (R2B). That much I do know, hehe,..but I dont believe its actually "Nokia-speed", but its quite ok for me

Yes, it is very fast. It's close to Nokias speed. I actually prefer it. The difference between T68 R2B and T68i is very noticeble. Simply put, it's perfect! [addsig]

Laffen> can you please see if you can squeeze it in to your scedual??

Just a short question from me:

How many SMS can we store at the phones memory??? I am asking this because I do know that T68i has a flexible memory usage. Is this valid also for SMS?

Thanx in advance
