common problem with software updates, they generally cause more problems then they fix,you are going to have no choice but to have software updated again

Again, as I said in my post above the upgrade seems to be nothing to do with it. I have never had my phone upgraded and now all of a sudden I too get these strange error messages when mp4 used to work.
I'm wondering if we both happen to have installed something that the phone doesn't like or perhaps it's a disk space issue? |

Have you guys tried copying EVERYTHING on you PHONE memory that can be moved to a duo to clear maximum phone memory space as downloads have to go to phone memory before being allocated to your chosen storage area, i just had this thought, but if its TOO obvious then hope you don't mind.
Reminder; milk, sugar, crisps, post letter. |

I have reformatted the phone and MS and it still does it. I can only summise that it's the network now. |

I think its the software. Previously, it showed \"percentage complete\" when downloading, but now it says size unknown and when you click to download, it downloads 0.1kb and says download complete immediately. I think its a software problem, but I dont understand why other R2F users are ok. Ive tried Resetting & formatting my phone, but that was pointless. Looks like ill have to go back to CPW Edinburgh to get it sorted. :-(

Well it's all very strange as I have said I'm still on the very first FW when the thing was released and it used to work fine, so unless it has upgraded itself while I was away that can't be the answer for me!
