It is the right way round... I think I just need to wash my hands once in a while... and maybe use a stronger soap - maybe even bleach!

You need to take your Brando off, wash it, and put it on the right way round!

@Air
The total price including P&P is 50p cheaper than Ebay for anyone who buys one from me direct!
Ebay dont charge fees on the P&P, so I always make the items a little cheaper and the P&P a little more! |

I had the Brando overlay and took it off. It blocked off too much light.
I now have the Overlay Plus and I'm very happy with it. You hardly know that it's there and it's easy to clean. |

I had my Brando on my P800 and iPAQ for a couple of months, and was raving about it to my friend, who decided to pop down to DOML (it is based in Singapore and has a retail outlet there) to get it for his own iPAQ.
But once he was there, he was given the choice of the overlay plus from Martin Fields and he decided to get it... I was so impressed, I went there to change my iPAQ Brando for the Martin Fields.
Turned out they have the Overlay Plus for the P800 as well, so I got them both changed
Great.. the P800 screens looks waaay brighter and closer to the original colours and clarity of the screen.
I never really liked matte screens before.
The downside is that finger prints are more noticeable (but they were also noticeable on the Brando, just slightly less) and there are more reflections/glare so you need to angle the screen a little for best viewing position.

I think you need to check your calculations there. It's cheaper to buy from you on Ebay by 50p not the other way around.
On ebay you sell a brando for 5.95... then charge £1.50 for postage that makes the total £7.45
As you said above if you buy direct from you they are £7.45 and then 50p postage on top. Explain how it is cheaper to buy from you direct...

I have Brando's for loads of models, for an Ipaq, Sony Clie etc I charge £5.95 + £1.50 P&P on Ebay (£7.45 total) but for the P800 theyre £6.95 + £1.50 P&P (£8.45 total)
But direct I sell the P800 Brando's for £7.45 + 50p P&P (£7.95 total), so thats 50p less than the Ebay total.
Cheers

Hi
Just wanted to know if anyone has had any bad experiences ordering the Brando screen protector directly from Brando at http://shop.brando.com.hk.
I'm thinking of odering them from the Brando shop but its basically my first online purchase and I'm not sure if I'll receive it in India.
Thanks |

I certainly didn't have a problem - got mine about 3 months ago (about 2 months before I got my P800!)

Just tried Brando for the first time.
Handwriting is much easier on the matt surface of the Brando for me than on the raw P800 screen. Now I have a screen protector, I don't think I'll going back to not using one. I will buy Overlay Plus in a few weeks and see how that perfroms. |

Got my Brando a couple of days ago. Must say I was impressed by the prompt delivery (got it in 4 days). Even though I've not used the Overlay +, I think I'd prefer the matte surface of the Brando because writing on the screen protector is easier/feels better than the uncovered screen itself. In fact, I'd say I feel secure now that I have SP on the P800 (the stories on Esato of cracked P800 screens are really scary)

It uses the same type of material as Brando's. IMO, not worth it. |

One thing about brandos though. The rough surface eats up your stylus tip. I had one on my palm and it cut the stylus nib of my pilot micropen down 30% in 5 months of light use! (I dont take notes on my palm)
The stylus that comes with the P800 is harder so its isn't as worn but its down maybe 15-20% 4 months on. I know we got four styli and they can be bought for cheap but this might be an important considereation if you use a more expensive stylus/multipen. |
