i have not got a clue on how to change it since i cant find an option to "edit SIM card" entry.
Try and copy all to SIM again and maybe it will be corrected.
Or put your SIM into another phone that allows you to edit the SIM card entries and do it that way. Then pop it back in to the SET610 and it should look the way you want it to look

I have about 80++ entries in my SIM card, its hard to corrected one by one.... but thanks for your idea anyway, really appreciated it. |

Speeddial using SIM.
Here goes.
Phonebook > Advanced > Position List
Check the position of a name or reorder the positions to suite your needs. When exiting the phone will ask if you'd like to update to SIM. Update baby
When you know the Position of a name:
In "normal" mode (standby) type the position and hold down #. This will bring upp position x and the name. Press Call and voila! Speeddialing at its best.

IMHO I think the problem is very easy.. when you have more than one number in the contact, while t610 copy contacts to SIM, each number of that contact obtain a "special key" for identification. example: name/m for mobile number, name/h for home & name/o for office. maybe that's solving your problem. I apologize for my bad czech english
