it's available for T68i phones, but not for MMS upgraded T68m phones

Cytech: May I ask you why? So for a person with T68 or T68m, they can't have their phone upgraded to either R7A or R8A? Is that correct?

@prudent: the versions of the software for T68s/T68ms usually comes out after the version for the T68i. Just wait a bit and I am sure they will be supported for this upgrade before long.

When I first bought my T68i 10-11 months ago (Real SonyEricsson, not Ericsson) there was no such thing as MMS upgrade for T68m's.

But do you know what I discovered a week ago when I opened up my phone? IT HAD ERICSSON WRITTEN ALL OVER THE BLACK PARTS(which I think are the chips)!!!

So I think the softwares are compatible with T68m's...
(Mine is just a hypothesis.)

T68i uses a different filesystem then T68m... so the firmware for T68m need also to have a filesystemupgrade, else the two firmwares are identical...

@iyiinsan

since it's still the company Ericsson who manufactures the circuits used it's nothing strange about it But if you look in a phone manufactured after 03w05 (year 2003, week 5) there isn't many circuits that says "Ericsson" on it...

SE usually puts the T68m firmware up a week after the T68i firmware. You may already upgrade your T68m to R7A013. If you want R8A015, then you will need to wait about a week.

Its nice to know that they still come up with fw upgrades even if they've already released a "supposed" replacement for our trusty t68i.

@cytech, my t68i joystick doesnt work well recently. The contact seems dusty or something like that. Can i open and clean up myself or the part is unserviceable. Thank for you advise.

Does anybody know the improvements for T300/T310? Maybe a calendar?

I'm confused. What's the difference between a t68 and a t68m?
How many t68's are there, anyway?

Why is it that only one person seems to have extra games?
Cytech can you confirm whether there are any new games?
Thanks
