All the Motorola phones i've seen look like crap. This one is no exeption. I'll never replace my P800 with a Motorola.... Unless they change desingners and start to create usable software... Don't think that will happen....

What I don't understand is why this phone is being released in September 2003?! By then the P800 will have a huge install base...Motorola users (although many) have never really gone in for the higher priced handsets. Most of their customers go for the handsets in the 100 euro range. By September, I would imagine that the P800 will be a very mature product with loads of 3rd party software products and a loyal install base. This Motorola phone just does not look like the "next big thing" to take the fire away from the P800 right now. Just my opinion... |

The only benefits I see:
3G
standard memory card
In terms of 3rd party software. Most of the P800 software should run on this.
Using my Siemens S46 till I finish saving my pennies for a P800 (or maybe a Treo 600)! |
