Well i find it laughable that ive phoned SE four or five times for the tel number of the service centre (because i kept forgetting to note it down, assuming that I wouldn't need it again) yet you can't do it once.

JEEZUS !!!!
Dont you get it ???
We have rung them more than once and given SE our post codes and all they give us are the details for Celestica !!! Is that so hard to comprehend ???
This is what the problem is, SE doesnt actually give us any other options, I dont know if it is because we live in Cardiff and they think all the SE service centre's are to far away for us or what.
So yes I too think that it is laughable that SE only give us the option's of sending our P800's to service Centre's who wont upgrade our software as we are on Orange !!!

The trouble with Orange (not just with P800 but most of there phones) is that they usually use not standard firmware inside, Why who knows, but this has caused problems for me in the past. (Normally a contract phone on any service provider is just an unlocked one, but not Orange)
It has been mentioned that SE only gave people the Celestica option for the upgrade, which isn't really suprising as Celestica is the Authorised Service Center for SE, Sony Ericsson don't have any of their own. (well I don't think so).
If they are crap, that just means they are crap - You pay your money and live with your choice's, just like having your P800 on Orange, that is why I won't use Orange.
