for my site i want to include P800 calender entries i.e. football fixtures is this possible |

I'll try it again at some point, but was just thinking; if thumbandit or anyone else wanted to distribute these calendar import files, they could easily use this sort of method to load their calendar, and then save the calendar again as a .pst file. There shouldn't be any problem with anyone loading these files, and it would be minimal effort for the distributor. |

it would indeed be a quick and easy way of doing what this post orinally set out to do. Though it would be nice to be able to update the p800 calendar directly. |

directly would be the ideal way but as every1 who has a p800 has the usb docking station and will most likely be using a pc to view the site then via outlook is a very good option

You could use the vcal-format. It is supported by both Outlook and more importantly P800 WITHOUT the use of Outlook at all. You could perhaps download a .vcal from your site and then beam/transfer/whatever it to P800 if you are not using Outlook.

i have had a look at that and i can export individual events as a vcal but not a group of events what am i doin wrong
