@demon106

I'd be amused to see the case built against Esato that:

a) gets into court in the first place (if the developers were that rich, I don't think there'd be an issue)

b) gets the forum shut down. This stuff goes up on every forum. Esato has no liability in this respect - none that is enforceable anyway. This is primarily a discussion forum, and a bloody large one at that - unless it's principal purpose was as a means of exchanging illegal software, nobody will be closing it down. Look at all the illegal music sites that they're still trying to close down in the wake of Napster.

When I posted this I never would have thought that it would go this far. I'm sure that Esato will not be shot down because of what I wrote and yes I do also some times go to fast in my car !
I also wrote that I use it to locate god movies, programs, mp3 ect But I do pay for the good stuff. I don’t buy a car with out a test drive!

at least I paid for all the software on my P800, in total about $70 (handy day etc)
Someone passed me an FTP website with everything for the P800, freeware and commercial (cracked) software, but since I bought already everything I needed (or it was freeware) I haven't DL'ed anything, I think it is silly to use hacked software for a $800 phone if the software costs only $10 or $15, then whine this or that isn't working, perhaps because the programmer didn't earn enough to motivate further development... if you can afford the phone, you certainly can afford the useful software available.

BUY WHAT YOU USE !

Iam nothing about payng but there are programs that are really shit when you start using them I paid I think $20 for shopping list and this is just unusable. And then there are progrmas I hope not much that have different trial and complete versions. One is a cookbook variant of Appforge. The trial variant and the complete are different.
Of course when downloading from warez sites as if to try the programs, then human being is such that it is very difficult to buy something you already have free.
Most appealing must be I think the price that man buys instead than starts looking for free alternatives. And of course the program has to be good also not any half ready product with promises to upgrade.
