What the f**k are you gonna do with 4096 colors at that low resolution anyway???????!!!!!???????

Well, the problem with the t68 is that is has a fixed palette of 256 colours. This makes it difficult to render images transferred from PC correctly. The display is also rather low quality with dull colours, at least mine has.

Although I don't like nokia phone but this "7210" looks really good.
Just a direct compare between T68 and 7210,
T68 Extra Feature:
1. Bluetooth
7210 Extra Feature:
1. 4096 color
2. Support Java Application
3. Stereo FM radio
As you can see 7210 have the better color display and support Java that means we can have extra games and application install to the phone just like PDA. Here is a link with all the java application and games available at the moment: http://midlet.org/jsp/index.jsp
So what do u think? want a phone with bluetooth or a phone support java, nice display and FM radio?? |

I still prefermy T68 over that by far,and secondly out of the New Nokia Phones the 7650 is the real T68 competition |

Game on! SE was the first (decent) colour phone and congrats for that. However the world moves on and competition is always a good thing. May the best man or phone win.

the phone looks fine but one thing i hate about nokia is they keep on releasing new models so some of their current ones becomes obsolete or out of date. maybe it has bugs for it is a new one like the 8310 here has bugs in it's software. my bro's hanged 3 times while i was using it for text mssgs. everytime nokia releases a phone her it has bugs! |

I don't think its an ugly phone... Neither nice too.... Its a Nokia, it has its own style and it follows the Noki'a design line...
I believe it can easily compared to our T68, its features are ok!. It may lacks bluetooth but in general it looks good. Of course the colors (if 4096) should be an advantage over t68.
Although I don't really like it, I cannot say its bad! Of course its a Nokia (easy recognizable). X-press on covers is a major drawback for Nokia.... They should change this story...
Let's wait to see it in reallity.

Seems to me that many of you who have compared 7210 with t68 have deliberately forgotten that the Nokia has java support. I would instantly trade BT to java. In addition 7210 has a stereo radio. I think 7210 is a more advanced phone than any we've seen.

Anyhow, I an personally very disappointed to the new Nokia models just as a was with SE's. I was expecting something totally new. All we've seen is old technology in new packages.
