I got the handset for £117 on a 200 free mins contract with orange in the UK for £30 a month for 4 months then i can change my tariff and go down to something like £12 a month. hehe.
These kind of deals are no longer around though as the price of handsets have risen by about £75 over the last few weeks. This is because the UK gov has told network providers to bring down call costs between networks. So we have to pay for this up front.
BTW, I sold my old siemens sl45 mp3 phone for £105 on ebay so effectively I got the p800 for just £12. I love ebay!

I paid just £75 for my P800, and I'm on a low tarif! Because I hadn't upgraded my old phone for 3 years Orange gave me the maximum discount on the upgrade.
Loyalty doesn't normally pay off but this time it did and I want to thank Orange for such a great deal. I hope my P800 will last 3 years until my next upgrade!

After originally informing me a fortnight ago that it would cost 79.99, the delay in recieving them in stock meant Tmobile cust services have just called me today giving me the handset for free for signing up for another year.
I'm on TMobile everyone 500... |

Overall, £300
£130 for the phone on orange £30/month
Reduce the tariff to lowest then pay off year up front and unlock phone cost £170.
Orange now don't like me! |
