I'm on the Dutch Vodafone network, I pay about €12 for 5 mb, and about €2.50 for each mb after that. But they also have other rates if you use more/less... I try not to download too much, so I'm usually around 6/7mb's a month... I use it mainly for chatting, emailing, getting texts from my university network, some online games and browsing esato off course...

Works for me. Don't know how to answer your question. Weak GPRS signal? Maybe its not supported by your phone? Its nice to have since you can still text even if you have no gsm signal as long as you have a GPRS and as s said its faster.

I use gprs a lot. My total time connected in gprs is almost 1600 hours and bytes received is roughly 125 million bytes. Good for me gprs access is still free from my service provider!

Yup! Free GPRS is heaven-sent for Neilgoth. He's my husband and he sleeps at 3-4 am, spends most of his time with his mobile, sleeps with it, and hardly has time for love hehehe Ü I only have WAP so we can't GPRS together ... wish I had a T68 (hint) WUVU Ü

I use GPRS pretty much all the time, with my old T39m I had transfered about 1,6GB of data (got a picture to prove it) before i swapped it....

There is a two-page advertisement of Globe in the newspaper today, and somewhere in the fine print is an announcement that essentially says GPRS will not be free starting March 24,2003.

I'm using GPRS all the time. Don't bother wapping without it... Do wish it could be a little cheaper... Maybe someday...
