if one has a reserve price, buy it now remains an option until the reserve price has been met, EVEN if there are bids (given the bids are lower than the reserve price)

@pachy & MrSavoy, i totally agree... it makes you wonder what else is misleading and false.
@MrSavoy, yeah, i have seen other items with 'Buy It Now' still available after the reserve price has been met/first bid placed. maybe a glitch in their system?
