o2 have also started putting there tags on some handsets now! Cant understand why they do it, Orange phones r a pain inda ass to many Orange marks on them esp. Hate the startups grrr hard to remove, lol

the logo aint that bad... doesn't bother me tbh and the startup and shutdown animations are really easy to remove using file manager..... the t68 fw issue does bother me a bit though... just hooe it isn't the same for the p800.. other than that good ridance to voda after 8 years with em!!

Along similar lines, would it be possible to remove the orange logo from the front of a T68i using thinners, or would I be asking for trouble? |

It'll probably be ok - you don't want to use meths or white spirit though, you need acetone (i.e. your good ladies' nail varnish remover ) and a cotton bud - then just rub persistantly at it until it comes off. Takes a couple minutes, so don't get impatient if it doesn't start coming off immediately! |

think u'll find most if not all fones from Orange come in Orange branded boxes, with Orange manuals and Orange logos on the fones, we're lucky Orange didnt rename the fone for us!

at lkeast you get teh phones faster than us staff at Orange do - our internal subs department reckon it will be about a MONTH before they have stock of the p800 for us.
no wonder so many of us get phones from outside sources. |
