like the kind of moderators that just go around locking down threads, and making sure that the policies r followed to the letter..
strict moderators r not cool..
I mean, on any other forum these appreciation threads wld hv been closed a llllllong time ago

I think this is due to the serousity of the members of Esato.
Laffen is doing a grand job, no doubt about that. Keep it up mate!
Speaking for the Moderators here I must say that it's you, the Esatoians, who really keep the seriousity at the level it allways should be at. Keep up the good work all of you!

Esato is ultra cool and really one of the most useful sites I have ever come across in all my years of using the net.
That means a lot coming from someone who is an internet developer by profession and experience 
Thank you laffen, tranquil, other moderators, Esatoians and anyone or anything else that has contributed to this truly amazing development. I say Esato definitely has a closer sense of community than any other forum I've been on - you know all the names and bits of the attitudes behind the names. This is community - we are all virtual friends - scattered all over the world and drop by once, twice or howmanyever times a day to say 'Hi' and see what's happening on our common point of interest. I think it's great.

I mean, think about it..
other forum moderators tend to lock threads like this becuz it doesnt talk about n e thing.. some uptight forum where a warning is given to everyone who expresses opinion or a comical remark..
they seem to hv a powertrip stick up their ass...
whereas I wld never hv even thought that tranquil or laffen were moderators if I wasnt told...
