I am a huge Samsung fan having come from the Omnia HD to the Galaxy S2 then now the Note II. This trend by Samsung of naming each and every new product Galaxy this or that and keeping the same design for all of their phones if cheapening the brand IHMO. I mean they are all the same just bigger or smaller therefore there is no uniqueness about the smartphone from Samsung that one owns. There is no "oh wow nice phone, what brand is it?" Now it is "what Samsung is that you are using."
These latest phones might have great features but they are boring, monotonous and cheapening the galaxy line up. Get some new designs Samsung.

"get your copiers started!"
Sorry but a larger screen SGS II/III with less features ... WHY?!
WHY produce this?
- may take sales away from the Note 2 or even Note 1 (to empty entire stock),
- More to pruduction costs and marketing costs (already started)
- Lessens brand and product mix value to not-in-the-know users; effectively ending their joy experience choosing this over Note/Note II or SGS III or SGS IV.

Hardened, yes. The diminishes the value of the note series which have been a huge success. This is silly

Agreed with this and your previous post. However if the price is right i am very tempted. I expect though the the market for this type of phone will be limited

hey, good to see you here. MR is getting very lonely these days

unless you are desperate for a gigantic screen i would say S3 is the better choice out of these 2. Although Mega 6.3 has a very potent cpu/gpu (if GSMArena is correct) S3 will be better supported by developpers due to its popularity

The screen size is so huge.. Can’t fit in our pocket easily...and the resolution is too low.. |

Somehow all the Samsung’s have similar design and look though this phone looks good. Let’s see how it goes. |
