VICS Video Player Now Available for P800 |

Well i think they let that guy @Swatfa release the beta version to test the level of interest, but when the obvious shortfalls or the software became evident (no volume adjustment for sound, bad sound quality,no way to stop the video once started, & continual crashing) maybe the developers thought it didn`t show them in a good light, so they made it look like an unofficial release. also to my knowledge only one "full" screen short clip was available, so it`s best to wait till the official release of the full free download version, the company say that will be in March. |

What is the format of the videos?
I've got it installed, but I can't find a option to 'open' actual video files.
I feel like a dumb ass. |

I read on esato that there isn't an option to open a file, you have to browse to the file in File Manager, click the file & it launches in the VICS player. Never tried it myself. |

Cheers for that... Does anyone know of the formats? is it just mp4? and if so, won't the default player pickup that file first?
I'll have a play around with it again later. |
