Nah, they actually told me mate that they expect THERE delivery of them on the 20th now. And that I will get mine the DAY AFTER they get theres... so still dont guarentee mine for the 21st..

hrmmm seem like the same thing they told my friend when he phoned the SE E-Shop in US... that they getting shipments in this weekend... and hopefully be ready to ship out on monday the 17th, I hope this goes the same for the US too, sigh... please...  |

are you sure? I was on there earlier, i'm not sure if thats true or not though... i really hope so, if not i hope UK and US release dates will be the same.. sigh |

how are you so sure? did they confirm that they are released in UK today? try calling em back and see if you get a same answer... they usually give you different answers everytime you call... call em again and see... |

i phoned em like a buncha times already, nobody has a real answer, everytime i call, they give me a different answer, and its pissin me off.. sigh, wtf gives...
i don't even see the p800 on UK's SE E-shop... so how can you order it? got a link?

Nah your right, it isnt actually for sale on there, you have to phone them up at the moment, guessing that will change tho next week!

Sony eshop(UK) said over a week ago they were getting their 1st batch in on Monday 17th Feb 2003 (first definite date given)
So if they are now saying 20th Feb 2003 then they have further delayed.
If Sony Ericsson are in business this time next year I will eat my..........................P800 if I have it by then!

So many of you seem like you want it so fast, i just dont understand why you dont get an import, that's what i would do and am looking to do, it's just my funds are a bit low after buying an N10 md player, and so i'm having to wait anyway, cant wait to get my hands on one though!!

Dont know where anyone got the 20th from, Ive spoken to them today and many times before, they will be recieving stock on both the 17th and 24th, people should expect to recieve them the following day if they paid the extra for next day delivery or a couple of days after if they went for standard delivery.......in fact standard delivery is probably why they are quoting the 20th!!! |

JPHCCFC - I'm glad you have said that. I only phoned them on Wednesday and was told they would arrive on Monday and I would receive it on Tuesday (with next day shipping).
But now everyone is saying it will be later next week !! (I hope not as I'm going to book the day off just to receive the package
