I've not been messing around with watches since that watch. I kinda lost interest in them as I own phone(s) now.
Yet, as I stated before, wife wanna get me one. Will try to convince her to get me a Casio.

@miss UK - am very BUSY @ FaceBook during the past years (4 and running). Whizkidd of India sent me the BAD news about: Masseur days ago so I hurriedly logged in at my former 2nd home and wrote on his - thread. Well anyway, you have a nice Casio watch a Baby watch at that, looks like it has a metal-strap ladies at my end (even executive ones) wear the same model that you have when they go to work.
I miss my old friends here seriously, you included. I hope all is well with you. Btw, how's your Mom and sister? are you married now?
@Tranced - people who want to go IN STYLE and does not being bothered MUCH by the BRAND of watch they have on their wrist will surely buy a Casio. I did not bother looking at this watch everytime I go to the mall back then . . . but when I saw peeps wearing this so rugged and very much appealing type of watch at the mall then I've decided that it's time to get me one. I remember seein' a Casio watch with: CAMERA and GPS some time in 2000 but still cost so much then, US$ 250.00. But they are one of the very first who released a watch with that kind of features |

@miss UK - I used to wear SWATCH watches too then. But considering it's price which is almost the same of that of CASIO's, then I would definitely go with the latter. Though I have to admit that SWATCH watches are SWISS-made while the Casio uses only - Japan Movement/Technology in it's - watch. But still, it's very DURABLE |

Casio G - Shock FROGMAN - GWF 1000 :
G Shock Frogman
Casio G-shock is one of the brands of watches manufactured by CASIO. Produced and introduced back in 1983 when Casio engineers taking on the challenge of creating the world's toughest watch ever. G-shock has been the most democratic watch off all Casio collections since then, even today 26 year later.
What makes Casio G-Shock watch are very different from all other watches primarily because of their durability and its resistance to shocks of any kind, knocks, vibrations, falls, even in the extreme temperature condition, visually stunning, yet stealth in its appearance. Casio G-Shock watch designed primary for sports and outdoor adventure oriented activity, so much almost all G-Shock watch featuring stopwatch and countdown timer, light and also water resistant. Not only that, G-Shock soon adopted various new sensors, solar-powered radio-controlled technology, and new materials (steel or titanium) for even better durability.
Twice a year, the basic G-shock models ar updated with more cool feature and unique design. G-Shock is very popular with paramedics, police, astronauts, firefighters and soldiers. According to Mark Bowden, the author of Blackhawk Down book, the DELTA Operators wore G-Shock watches during the combat events. Since then, G-Shock has become very popular with Special Forces groups in many countries, due to their being "battle tested".
One of the more democratic watches in this Casio Watches collection is "Master of G" series. Master G is a special series of G-Shock models for special extreme uses. The Master of G series began in 1985 with the G-Shock DW-5500C. This was a classic square G-Shock, but the bezel contained softer parts and slipped over the buttons and covered by a seal of rubber. This way Casio created a mud and dirt resistant structure. The DW-5500C was therefore nicknamed Mudman. Among of the most popular watch model in Master G series is Frogman. The Frogman is specially intentional for Divers. The first G-Shock of the Frogman design was the DW-6300, released in 1993. The newest generation Frogman is the Tough Solar GW-200. Limited edition Frogman such as the Brazilian, Men in Yellow, Black Helios and Black Spots are some of the most worthy Frogman. In Japan, the Frogman is one of the most loved G-Shock types among collectors. Nowadays, the Frogman model has reached the fourth generation. Perhaps the Frogman model is the longest model produced by G-Shock along with the first G-Shock watch; DW-5600.
Casio has been creating a great quality timepiece over the years. They always employing the latest technology, and chronic to overstep conventional thinking about the watch, the G-shock brand have become Casio's flagship timepiece product and a dominant strength in the watch market.
