Do you guys know of any decent apps to change the theme on the Arc? I have seen different notification bars on phones etc, but I don't know what I am looking for

I guess it ought to since the hardware is quite similar. 
However, the X10 version doesn't work for Arc... and vice verse. |

Yes this flash for Arc is brilliant.
It has a nice widget too.
Also:
Stoper - stopwatch & timer, nice and simple
Astro - the best file exlorer
Note Everything
Office SuitePro - better than DocsToGo now
