The company also tries to under promise and over deliver so saying March is trying to better what we say.

You have to be kidding right, this is the same company that has missed release date, after date after date after date...

Like i said in the first part of my post, the info we give everyone is from the manufacturers and networks!!!
So we dont miss the release, they do!!!
The info given by them both about release dates is unbelievably inaccurate, you cannot blame independant retailers for that!!! |

www.mob-phone.com, based in UK, have them in stock £600 sim free.
I have mine, works great everything works, has UK warrenty, already been to SE service centre to check, and it's great.
It seems you are all so desperate to get one, but ain't wlling to pay the price. I accept some cannot afford to pay £600, but if you want one thats the cost in the UK at the mo.

The problem with buying things internationally and having them shipped into the UK would be fine if there wasn't such a thing as Customs & Excise.
I'd hate to think what the extra they would charge me for trying to ship in a P800

Is it? Dolt!
Shows you how much I know about importing stuff then
It's just that I got hit by C&E about a year ago when I purchased something from the states and had it shipped over. The extra charge was approx 50% of what I paid for the item itself. Had I known it was a outside europe only thing I would have quite happily paid a little bit more for a european source... oh well, we all learn something new everyday... thanks for the tip
Will go on a P800 store hunt in european online stores now! |
