Update: Apparently not a fake. And it's using Micro-SIM but a standard SIM can be cut to the new size.

That looks like the same type of semi-soft case I had for my old 3GS. So I can keep the case for the 4G I will buy...

Thats a custom built case for the 4th Gen, to make it look like a 3GS... Think some of the buttons/connectors are in slightly different positions etc... |
