i can't connect my phone with a2uploader |

I have tried the link you have provided and everytime I try to open A2 Uploader it I get an error within the RAR file please help 
T-Mobile are a pain  and refuse to allow conversations on my W995 phone I've been trying to get it for ages and now I have found out how my computer doesn't run the program  |
