yeah and i think the only real opponent for England is USA but with 8 wins it shouldn't be any problem for The Three Lions

If England come across Germany again they have to do another 5-1 that was a classic match and i was actually in the pub when that match was live and had beer spilt all over me with fans going mad

o so wrong! id be weary of slovenia and the usa.

and lets face it, England hasnt exactly played as well as their team sheet suggests they should over the past few years! sure they had a good qualification stage, but other than that, again, they havnt done much recently.

The WC2010 will be wonderful, its always unpredictable, look at this years CL. International matches are much more competitive these days, its rare that we see any drubbings. It will come down to experience in which case teams like France, Italy and Germany will be dangerous despite them being 'poor and old'. There is a lot of talent on show as well i.e. Leo Messi and Drogba who can change matches just like that. England have a great shout especially with Capello but I wonder if they can hack it mentally.

500 yes i agree anything can happen. I was in Greece Kefalonia in 2004 when Greece won the European Cup. What a shock that was and the place went crazy the atmosphere was amazing
