@Daredevil, thanks for that but i have all those covered, in fact i have ABOUT 9 differant alert sounds set up,
SMS
MMS
EMAIL
ALARM IN CALLENDER
THE 3 REMINDERS IN CLOCK MENU (ALL DIFFERENT)
INCOMING VOICE
INCOMING DATA
But nowhere on the phone can i find a way to change voicemail, so i think it hasn`t got it. |

Hi,
I've a 7650, and i like to play some games. I usualy play with the little joystick, some games with the keypad.
How can you play games in the p800? When you don't have the hardware keypad on it, is there any other input method apart from the touchscreen?
I'm planning on buying one.
Thank you.

5 way jog dial on the side is often used in games, also some games allow control from other buttons on the phone. But the jog dial is the "joystick" of this phone. (remember that alot of games are played wide [full] screen so the jog dial is at top controlled by index finger).

I only have one complaint, and that is the charging prosses. If keeps disconnecting all the time when it's plugged in the charger. And sometimes when it appears to be charging correctly, it is in fact not charging at all. Quite annoying! Don't know if the problem lays in a defect charger, battery or defective plugs in the unit... Anyone else experienced similar problems? Everything else seems to work perfectly though. Stable and fast software, no problems there.

my only complaint is the keypad. i mean i use it to protect my screen but it's annoying that when you want to unlock the phone after not using it for some minutes, you have to push the ok button real firm to unlock it !!
all in all i like the phone a lot!!
Just becuz i rock, doesn't mean i'm made of stone!! |

Then you havent used it yet... At first I also thought it was a perfect phone but SE have done so many small misstakes in the software that it starts getting to me now... Its a great phone, to bad that they cant do a propper software that could match the hardware...

I HAVE used the phone and I happen to think it's almost perfect!!!
The biggest gripe of course is the lack of T9. Please think before you criticise SE for anything software wise you may think is missing from the phone. There is a reason why the OS is open source and supports 3rd party applications. As a PDA, it's already providing a lot more functionality than any Palm or PPC that comes out of a box. |
