It was quick 5 days. It's better service than what I got last time round with the s.e repair centre. About giving up the iPhone. I use that for my work but my main phone would always be my k850. However I did like the conversation style for texting j must say. The iPhone is good great for Internet etc but I do prefer my k850 as a actual phone with good buttons and good feel in my hand as a phone .
