im using this site to rant on about my problems  another little twist... oxford say they don't have it and banbury dont have it either... so who has it? thats what i want to know!
I do praise their customer support though the guy i talked to was really nice and I could understand him and visa versa i wanna get this sorted!! anyone else had these problems b4? |

Didn't even notice it was Friday 13th, the dates attributed to days are just a simple matrix template slotted over the apparent order to the rotations of the earth and sun.

i rang sony, they haven't recieved my handset.
i had to fax them my proof of postage today and someone is going to get in contact with me.
does anyone know the procedure if my phone is actually lost? i've been without a phone for a week and it's killing me!

If the package was insured you should not be warry! I remember Friday 13th 2006 when I lost my job which I hate and girfriend which I love :/

Just had some good news,  HAVE recieved my handset. They left a message on my phone on Friday and they said there will be a 7-10 day turn around.

nope i rang them so many times and they didnt have any record, i've sent in my P58 form on the 18th and i phoned today and the customer services lady said they're working upto claims recieved by the 16th so mine will be soon! if i get the money i requested ill be happy
I sent an email, and 4 days later no reply, they said they would within 5 days lol? bad customer service in my opinion. |
