They were right, that garden shot looks just like one taken by a C702.

I think the C702 makes slightly better pics, can someone upload the C510's camdriver, maybe i can simply port my C702's 1 across.

outdoor & indoor looks a bit better then Sonyericssons previous 3.2 m.p shooter (C702), so thats good news. however, its NOT holding the same quality as K810/k800. (i regret saying that c510 beats K810 in everything except flash.....my bad )

So funny that everybody already knows the ins and outs of this phone as if its been out for months. Its stable (after 1 day use) and takes better pictures than a phone with the same camera module. To me a phone is stable when I've used it for a few months and had no issues, as for the images, they look just like the C702 not surprising since it is the same hardware with different drivers (which can be taken out and modified). It is a nice piece of kit but it is a bit premature to praise it into the high heavens without some proper testing, reviewing and image shoot outs. I'll wait for the in depth reviews before concluding this is the new K750i.
Edit:
To compare, taken with my C702 R3EA031 running default drivers and some overcast clouds:

No editing, straight from the phone.

Nice pics all
It think the phone is nice, but the camera isn't that special. Looking to review one, but it seems hard to get hold of a review unit :S |

I have had a silver one of these on Orange for 2 days. So far very impressed no crashes as yet. Camera is great in daylight and video looks great on screen. Have yet to upload my pics on pc will do soon. They do look great on screen and on here too. Only thing i noticed is slight fuzzy blurred look to corners of some photos and barrel distortion at edges.
