Yep,just like Mode said,an IDTag editor that allows adding album art as well, my N81 has this in its built in Music player and its VERY useful, no need for a PC.
Also in Playlists id like to see: Most Played, Recently Played and Recently Added, also have this in my N81 and comes in very handy, maybe the Walkmans like W760, W595, W980, W902 etc. . . .already have this, my K850 doesnt, so would be nice to have that in Walkman4.0.

@GUCCI.011
It seems that your wish for more menu in playlist is the only thing they've implemented from all our wishlists. I do not see anything any other improvements aside from it being slightly faster transition between songs (which may also be attributable to the processor) and that the skin changes according to the theme used. C'mon SE, are you sleeping, most people here have abandoned ship and you still wanna dwell in your past glory? Wake up and listen for God's sake. There's more wishlists than you can handle and you've actually done nothing. Here' another wish to keep this thread going. I'd like the option to save my custom equalizer settings and i'd better bloody see that after the next firmware update :@

Wow,thanx for the feedback Mode
Thats realy disappointing, id expect the great Walkman series to bring great new features or atleast add useful ones in Walkman4.0. TrackID stands as the best thing they ever did IMO but now there is similar software for all platforms eg. PowerMP3 on S60 even gets the lyrics for you.
Its not like the things in this wishlist will cost much for them to implement, chances are it will make their Walkmans true Audiophile phones.
Your last wish (saving custom eq) should have come standard way back in the W850 with Walkman2.0. I dont mean to show off or anything but Nokias have that, actualy you're able to create a bunch of different eq settings. I have one thats for Loudspeakers, another for when using my Sennheiser earplugs and another for my Philips clip-ons.
Another nice feature would be to be able to get Lyrics, and a Balance Bar to control which speaker should get more output, i find these little things come in handy at times

There is no such thing as a walkman 4.0 (yet) !
The W995 is a walkman 3.0 like every other devices on A2

Maybe the "aino" will be 4.0 but not really sure yet.

I hope you're right, but do you have any proof for that statement since it has been well documented that W995 comes with Walkman 4.0 on every major phone review site. It makes sense though there has been hardly any changes except for those I mentioned earlier

Yes someone working at SE.
The reviews are wrong. The walkman hasn't changed since the A2 plateform exists
New equalizers don't justify a new version
