Its boxed, with the little piece of cardboard you push back into the box missing, still closes fine thought.
It comes with all manuals, cd, "heavy duty" lanyard and I can throw in a whopping 64MB of M2 memory 
I'm still not sure if I should sell it as it is a pretty nice piece of kit, I will try and take some good hires photo's once I find my canon camera.
