The Phone Monitor Options is in Control Panel. Make sure that you enable the port where the phone is connected, under the COM Ports tab. |

but it didn`t solve anything .......as i said before i need the instructions a step-by-step explain if there is one
and one more thing whenever i plug the cable my t65 charges ????

I have the same problem as Jan, who started this post.
The phone monitor doesn't recognize my t68.
He solved it by re-installing it and with a "phone back-up-program", but what does he mean by back-up-program???

Yeah easy, have a look at the software section of the  website. Wish I could help with your problem Jan, but I've been lucky and had no trouble with MFM, quite strange that, seeing as I run Windows. |

hi everyone,
i have a small problem.....i bought the t65 cable that connects to the com port...
i downloaded the software...phone moniter...etc
but it does not recognize my phone and on top of that whenever i connect my t65 to the cable it starts to charge.....anyone
yesterday is gone, no use in regrets

Yup, turn the phone off, then on again and re-connect... I guess we're having problems because we don't actually turn off the phones very often.
I'm still lovin this phone, the PC software can be a pain, but I love this phone.
BTW, I'm using a Belkin Bluetooth USB adapter (computer city $50 for you US folks) |

Since I've upgraded my T68m to T68i, i'm not able to connect to pc. Customer care told me to reinstall drivers (are different? i guess not, but let's try!). So I uninstall all the suite , but how can uninstall MPM? just deleting folder? Someone can help me?

I'm troubleshooting the same problem, I looked in the install log, and found:
Could not Self-Register: C:\Program Files\Ericsson\Mobile Phone Monitor\ECSCM07Q.dll
I think this is the main issue. I've been trying to figure it out for a couple of days, I'll post if I get it fixed. |
