well, I know some secrets of K750 and K800 hardware registers but nothing more. the problem is that Sony camera solutions are not much compatible. most of registers (camera features) are at different positions, so even if I know a lot about K800 this knowledge won't be much useful for K850 and next Cyber-shot phones, this sucks...

I'm not sure but probably this prop speed up viewfinder refresh rate to avoid lags when camera is in menu (GUI)
