agree with you there
The branding on the handsets is the only problem with VF.
De-branding is an option but then you lose VF Live but at least you have all the phone functions available to you

VF's branding has never bothered me,
some either like it or hate it whichever

Its not the branding that bothers me its the fact that nobody can brand the phone without messing up the phone e.g.
1. I know that o2 branded K850's are slow, VF branded phones are slower compared to the de-branded ones.
2. On a K850 and C902 (not sure about the C905) that are VF branded, you cannot send one text message to 10+ people at one time e.g. a joke or something

Ive not owned many VF handsets to experience this slowness however after 2x E65's cursed with faults i'll be awaiting feedback before I venture into gaining my next phone from them
ive got a Sharp GX20 the branding ok is a little red and you cannot change the theme or anything but it still doesn't bother me,
that phone is a vintage thing now and it's not slow infact it comes on alot faster than some of my Nokia's

I dont get slow problems with my viewty though the only branding on it is the internet menu icon. i find with any network the branding slows it but not as bad as some sonyericsson phones are anyway cos some of their phones are slow anyway. but i dont care as long as the network itself is reliable. on some new phones the vodafone branding has changed to more colourful icons but they still look not very graphical. Miss UK you sounded like a Man UTD fan when you said coming over to the red side though where your from you should be blue for the blues am i right. lol

I was with Vodafone for years, never had a problem with them, always had the best signal wherever I was.
Had to go to O2 for the iPhone (yes, I had to) and they're okay too, but generally not quite as strong for signal - no 3G anywhere near where I live, for example. I live in quite a rural area though, travelling between various small towns and villages, and the fact that I can at least get voice signal 99% of the time is good enough for me.
Both Orange and T-Mobile are pretty useless in my experience - fine in town, but far more likely to let you down the rest of the time.
