I don't put my phones in my pockets, that's where the cigarettes, lighters, keys and other small sundries go into. I carry a slingbag instead for all my gadgets. I know that sounds gay to some people... |

every phone in a slider form factor will never be solid, as long as there's moving part it will never going to be.
it it obvious you're not a slider type of a person |

Do you carry your slingbag to the office or club? Most people I know, including myself, carry phones in their pocket or in a holster. You aren't carrying a notebook for Christ's sake!

but the rubberish finish of the C905 feels much better than the steel of the C902 |

I guess someone here owns both.Btw, Plank, to each his own. I wont swap a 2.4 inch screen for a 2 inch one. |

yes. you right...its up to everyone............
just curiuos about one thing:
how often do you watch movies on your cellphone.....
or more on topic; how often do you think people watch movies on their cellphones ??? (very often, sometimes, or very seldom)
the only purpose i see with big screens is movies.......and if you just going to use your cellphone ordinary...calling, sms/mms, taking pictures, music/radio, etc, etc......what purpose do a 0.2" or 0.4" bigger screen have ???
(i never watch movies on my phones. think its a waste of time)
so for me, a smaller/slimmer phone is more important.

......and this makes the 756th thread turned into the 'C902 is the greatest propaganda corner'

as for screen size..2'2 should be standard for mid-tier to low-end. but no more 1'8 to 2'0 cause it does strain your eyes. as for high-end 2'4 and up. actually 2'4 is very ideal, it's neither big or small. unless were talking about touchscreen |

2.4" is ideal but not if your competition is offering a better solution (3" for renoir and 2.8" for Innov8)
having said tht, screen size is not the only thing tht makes a phone sell ... others factors are involved as well ..
@marty
you are right. another c902 dominant thread. plank should b open to criticism if he plans to open a thread ...

I believe the phone before your c902 was a k850?
I agree, the form factor of the c902 is lovely, but it will always be a second grade SE phone (non-flagship)
As far as you say that the phone is high quality, both of my friends are having trouble with their c902's, one of my friend couldn't even shut his lens thing so had it removed.
The thing with the screen, bigger is generally better. I watch movies on mine occasionally (long car journey's), also, something that you do all the time, especially on a cybershot, show people pictures, and take them, i find with my c905 its just better.
As far as classiness goes, c905 is better, better look, better materials, just better |
