i dunno about the lock issue
but u can try master restting by going into the menu 'settings' and then 'master reset', do a complete 1
and yes, your data account and gprs account on the phone will be lost, MMS and games all gone except for the predefined pics, so remember to do some backup first before u reset

Hi all. Some questions: ok, reset all works but the total free space available is about 875 kb. Is there some trick to delete also predefined images and mms. It could free a lot of space. And lot of predefined image are very bad ;-)

keko: Check your firmware version, if ur firmware is R1D, there's no way to delete the images coz the phone won't let you, but if your firmware is R1B, try the tip taught by a member of the esato ..forgot who..do a search, it's something like fill up the memory first then...can't remember

thadius: there's a few options, one of them is by using data cable, or u can use infrared if your laptop/PC has a infrared port, other than that bluetooth, if u happen to have a PDA, u can also just beam all ur contacts to your PDA and beam it back later to your T300 after master reset. For me backing up is all about contacts in my phonebbok, coz other settings can be done manually in just a few minutes eg data accounts, GPRS settings, profiles etc

The software, R1D, allows you to delete away it. Anyway, deleting away the pic is just making it unavailabe. After a master reset, it comes back again

Hi,
I've tried to delete all removing battery during master reset.......without charger attached(I 've seen that only charger doesn't make phone working.................) because I've ridden it in a past post.
But It doesn't work!

Do you think that following this trick could damage the phone or the rom of the phone is different from that one of the computer bios????
Because I know that if you do it during upgrading computer bios it will damage it!
Anyone Knows?
I'm very curios

Thanks

Luca

the diffence between the BIOS upgrade, and the T300 Master Reset, is that when you flash the BIOS, it's an EEPROM that you FLASH.... When you do a master reset on the T300 (or T68i) it's just the CMOS that you delete... it's like when you remove the battery of your MotherBoard, you don't lose anything on the BIOS (EEPROM) but you'll lose all your BIOS settings (stored in a CMOS)... I hope you've understood my explainations

You are the best!
Thanks
Luca!

ps:

do you know why t300 scroll it not so faster as nokia 7650. It's like in the memory remains the images and charachters of the tools you use for a millisecond........Am I too perfectionist?
eh eh

In Italy the phone costs about 250-300 $$$$ isn't too much?the mca-25 about 150-200 $$$$....................no comment

thanks to all guys
