Yes but it says in their brochure if you are not happy with your handset or its faulty we will be happy to change it for you within 14 days once only. If it says that they should honour it. |

True, if the catalogue says it then they should honour it. Depends on the network though that it was purchased on judging by your earlier post.

What is also annoying is that contract customers get more choice when it comes to returning handsets. Its wrong. Why should pay as you go be penalised. But yes it does depend which network.

Don't use water though Manufactures know you have
spilt liquids on phones easily

oh dont mention the dreaded e65 miss lol
ive given mine to my sis i hated it that much lol
anyway back on topic a couple of years ago i changed my mind about a phone from cpw they exchanged it no prob
unless theyre trying to put people off and using every trick in the book not to exchange-but if it says it in their terms they have to do it
ring up head office
