Select Menu, in the main menu select More ---> System info, that's it. |

Is there a way to increase the speed of my G900?
Have you tried installing P.I.P.S? Take a look at point number 21 here: http://www.esato.com/board/viewtopic.php?topic=166907#21
Really sped up my G900 (like you, i'd come from a k800 which was WAY speedier, but this really helped) |

I installed it, and don't really notice much difference. After I installed it, is it suppose to display under Entertainment in the Main Menu? Because all my other programs when installed are here, but PIPS is not here. |

hi all
pls help.... my SE G900 used to cannot read chinese..
i have change from my singapore version to other version that provide me chinese fornt..... but the firmware wasn't latest 1....R9L004...... izzit safe for me to update by myself from my pc......?? will it spoil my mobile......?? i scare it might crash the hardware....
so what should i do.. continue using the old version or update it?
just now i try to update the firmware... and it stated "Generic SG".....
last time i update also stated "Customizes Singapore".... izzit same??? whats the difference between "Generic SG and Customizes Singapore" i scare if i update the firmware will turn back to the version that cannot read chinese..... pls help.....tq |

I jz bought my SEG900 in early March, 2009 & found it a bit slow & system craches several times. So what i do was, i upgraded my Phone Software through SEUS & no more crashes & works perfectly. My SEG900 as per system information is R9N002. Using this handphone is jz a pleasure as the media player, interface, loud speaker were so good. I hv my SEP1i b4 SEG900 & found SEP1i is a bit boring & heavy. The speaker wasn't that loud in comparison wt SEG900 & tht's y i change it. A function frm SEW810i (incoming/outgoing call) wasn't included in SEG900. The same goes wt photo editor in SEP1i was not intalled in SEG900. But looking at SEG900 ability & functions, i wont regret to bought it..... But cld be better if S/Ericsson managed to install more functions so tht it's worth the money to buy!!....
