i guess you mean Baoding Health Balls. Like these on E-bay
I think you can find these from £3-00 to £6-00 but there are some rarer ones made of crystal that are more expensive.
There are also small balls and bigger balls ! If the person is inexperienced, small balls are better to manipulate, and as the experience increases, the person can graduate to bigger balls
