Use Winrar my friend. You can get it for free on the internet.
Select the theme file in Winrar and highlight the content you want to copy. Use ctrl-c to copy it and then paste it in a folder of your choice. Both the desktop and standby swf files are embedded within the theme which is quite odd as the desktop file is usually embedded on the phone. |

I just modded the connecto theme with bar work etc from old SE walkman theme for use with my w760. It also includes media wallpaper.
