Connect it to XS++. Only connect and it will show detailed phone info in the log file.

Download XS++
download and install USB flash driver...
Then remove battery from phone and re insert it...
Click connect button on XS++
plug the phone to USB cable while holding the C button down
you will connect then.

Check connection type if it is set to USB. Maybe you are trying to connect using COM port...

no..i selected the port as usb..
someone told me to use 2 and 5 keys to connect..would that be helpful |

Try Setool... If it doesn't the best option is to send it to the nearest service center.

You can try letting the phone on charger for 1 hour at least, but, to be honest, I don't think that is the problem...

Have u tried to clean contacts of connection port with spirit? It might be dirty and gave poor conductance. |
