Until the N96 is out we won't know, how much does Online 50 cost? That's before my time.

And the iPhone is a whole seperate set of tariffs, you won't be able to keep yours or what you're currently paying. It's free on the £75/month tariff, or the 8GB one is free on the £45/month tariff.

And yes, we treat old and new customers alike, but if you're tariff is something like £20 a month then you're free phone will be based as such. If you're paying £20 now, and a new customer pays £20 a month, you'll both pay the same for the phone.

If anything, exisiting customers usually get better deals than new customers. But if your spending less than £40 a month, don't pin you're hopes on getting the N96 for free. It's all relative, you get what you pay for.

Ok, you're one you'd prolly get the N96 free, if not the N95 8GB would easily be free.

As for your wifes one, I suspect they'd give her the N95 8GB, but most likely not the N96, the N95 and N95 8GB both launched around the the £45/£50 a month mark, so that gives you a rough idea.

Like I said, the iPhone has it's own category. For your £45/month you're currently getting pretty much the most up to date deal, so I suspect it's not even called Online 50 anymore, but good deal none the less

Here's one for you Orange folk. Well a couple actually.

Are Orange ever going to get another UIQ phone? They stopped at the P990i
I went to PAYG and cancelled my contract, I got my new Sim fine, but my phone will now not work on 3G (Currently P1i), is it the Sim or does it need activating by Orange?

Thanks Muchly if you can answer

Ok go to an Orange shop and buy a 3G sim as it sounds as if its not 3G. Just get Orange to transfer your number onto the new sim. I know someone who had similar problem on Orange a while ago and thats what he did.

Just what Bonovox said - simple as, its a common issue (^-^')

And the UIQ question, well - they did launch the P1i on Orange outside of the UK, so there is still hope!

Ok, calm down before you set yourself on fire

Is it an E-Top up card? It'll be a blue plastic card with a magnetic black strip on the back. If it is, dial 248 and listen to the instructions, it's really easy.

If it doesn't work for some unknown reason, try again in a couple of hours, or give customer services a call.

No reason to start having a go at the network just yet, a bit of patience goes a long way

Ok, so give it a little while, perhaps theres a problem with the system. If not, give them a call or take it to your nearest O2 shop and they'll check it out, theres obviously been a problem somewhere but it's fixable

I finally got my top-up card registed am waiting for my free gifts the 02 network seems slow also in the small print book under the web bolt ons it states. The 02 web bolt on provides you with unlimted use of 02's 3G/GPRS Mobile data. Does that include edge & hsdpa.
