iphone 3g is a big disappointment.. Still Other manufacturer rules..

Exactly right! Nine percent would be a major success for any manufacturer with only one phone in thier portfolio.

and you assume all the 1-91% will buy it?
come on

dream on. there's no support for all the native services in japan, no support for QR code, which u can't really survive if ur a biz user (for name cards, for boarding passes, coupons and lining up at theme parks), no support for all the appli written for other phones, no popular japanese text predictive system (e.g. shoin), no felica electronic money (very very important), no IRSS, no one-seg tunar, no video recording, no support for chaku-uta, all songs and ringtones downloaded previously would become obsolete on the iphone, no html-MMS (decomeru)

of course 91% of the people would leave it at home even if they bought it

the remaining 9% will be shocked at the shop to realize there's so much lack to the phone, or they'll carry 2 phones eventually
