It is call divert. It normally appears after an upgrade an pay monthly. Go into Menu, then Settings, then across to calls, then into divert calls, then select Deativate all. Thats what I do to fix it when customers come in.

pressing ##002# and the send/call also cancels all diverts! That works on all phones.

Just tried this and it's gone!! Thank you sooo much!

I've got to get used to it not being there now, my phone looks a bit weird without it!

I have found the answer. I had the same thing appear on my phone (K850i) after I performed a software upgrade.

It's to do with video call diverting.

To stop the symbol appearing:
Go to the settings menu ('menu' -> '#')
Scroll right to get to where the phone with an 'i' is
Down to 'divert calls'
'video calls'
'divert always'
'deactivate'

Icon disappeared immediately

Hello all

I was also baffled by this icon until I discovered that when you clear the "Missed Calls" log, (Menu/Calls/Missed Calls/Options) it goes away! This is my first SE having been a Nokia user for many years and I am totally underwhelmed by the manual and web support for the product.
