I've done a master reset and my phone seems to responding a bit better for now...

Humm, ok they have not mention about R'Electrics Ltd which used to be in Tottenham, but now re-loacted to Chingford, so i have replied back to them:

There was also an approved Sony Ericsson Service Centre which i used:
R's Electrics Ltd,

They have now re-located to:

Could you tell me if this Service centre is still approved to carry out Sony Ericsson serivces/repairs? My phone is K810i not a W200i.

Travelling all the way to Eltham or Chingford for our phone's to be checked would be a bit of a distance for me and my boy-friend! =|

Neither of us has yet, so i guess the only other way to his phone services is going through Orange (but he has no Orange Care but i have!) or may be through Carphonewarehouse?

Sadly the service location that you stated is no longer a recognised location for Sony Ericsson.
There we would suggest that you contact one of our service centers to arrange to get the mobile checked over for any possible faults that may be present on your handset. Please find below the postal address for the main Sony Ericsson approved service location. We suggest you send your Sony Ericsson product via recorded delivery, for your peace of mind when it is in the post. We ask that you include your address, a fault description, and a copy of your proof of purchase with the IMEI number on it. We suggest that you retain the original proof of purchase, and that you note the IMEI number prior to sending.
Please note that if the damage is not covered by the Sony Ericsson Limited Warranty, there is a fee to have your product returned or replaced. Please view the warranty in your user guide or at http://www.sonyericsson.com/support for more information regarding this.
Please do not send your SIM card, and if the problems are unrelated to the battery, memory card, charger, or back cover, do not send these parts either.
